I agree with you about downloading illegally, but, what if someone ain't got money to buy original things, what's the best option, list to a downloaded CD or don't listen? and isn't it a tool to make helloween more and more popular also? by ThiagoFakie

A tool to make Helloween bigger would be, to buy shirts, wear them ! Buy records, so official sales rise and can give the band better chances to promote them on the market. If you don´t have the money to buy an mp3 player, you would save that amount of money you´d need so you can buy it, instead of stealing it, right ? Ipods didn´t get popular because people stole them and said "hey look at my brand new ipod" ! Thats stupid ! Rethink it... In the end it´s harming all of us... In the end, if bands don´t earn enough money, there will be also not enough money anymore to go on tour overseas to give concerts... then you might sit at home with your stolen music and will never have the chance to see the band live, since you obviously wouldn´t have the money to fly over either !

you never know... maybe. But on the other hand i think everything is said already. The world doesn´t need another shred kinda stuff DVD... I think there would be much more to recommend about being artist and my expression in general. Life is not just about playing guitar...

I think Heavy Metal is Heavy Metal... i really don´t get the differences... back then when i started playing guitar, i just knew Thrash, Heavy Metal and Hard Rock... why do we need all those little differences ? Open up your minds, please... For people who are not in the scene, it all is Metal... They wouldn´t even hear a difference... so i think it´s totally needless to give every little piece of noise a name ;-) For me it all is music...

What do you think of illegal downloading ? by pumpkinsrules

I´ve answered this question many times... Downloading is stealing ! If you consume music you gotta pay for it, because music, like everything else you consume, also has to be produced. Musicians have to live to write good music, to pay studios, producers, instruments, travel costs, tour sets etc... It all costs a shit load of money. If you consume cars, ipods, dvd players, tv´s etc you won´t steal it either, right ?
Since the music industry is nearly dead, artists even don´t get enough money anymore from record companies to produce a great product. You can see and hear that from all those bands who try to stay alive while working their ass off with day jobs and recording the albums in the basement of someone´s "home studio"... How would you expect a great product then ?

We didn´t want to bring out the facts about the songwriting during the last promo, because we thought it doesn´t matter much who is writing the tracks as we´re standing for a united group. But somehow someone exposed the songwriters of the studio album, so why should you not know who was writing the bonus tracks. Never Surrender was a track written by me, and the other three tracks where written by Markus

I use Ibanez TS9, Snarling Dogs Wah Pedals, Ips Decimator, Boss PS-5 and a Vox Tonelab. The Cadillacs where custom made for me that way with Seymour Duncan pickups, all nickel hardware and custom fretboard

I work most of the time with Nikon... fixed lenses 35mm f 1,8 and 50mm f 1,8 most of the time now but really depends on the shooting situation. Most of the shoots i do with speedlights (mainly a Sunpak 120j) and Nikon speedlights thru softbox umbrellas or honeycomp grid
